These men are just two in a long history of courageous men who refused to bend the knee in the face of persecution. By God's grace most of us will not be faced to make the choice between our beliefs and our lives. Yet at an increasing rate Christians today are pressured, coerced, or threatened, to compromise their values in the name of "tolerance". It is in these moments that we must remember men like this and make the choice to be strong and courageous.
